Alissa Tedeschi from MiniZen presents a Creative Yoga Workshop for young children, where movement meets imagination.

The body is our first artistic tool! Through gentle Kripalu Yoga, join certified yoga instructor Alissa Tedeschi, who will show children how to explore inner calm and connect with nature using playful poses, breathing exercises, and storytelling. A welcoming practice that nurtures body, mind, and imagination through creative movement and mindful play.

Duration 30 mins | Age guideline: 4-6 years
