Families in the Forest is a nature-based event for children and their parents/guardians.

Come and enjoy a magical autumn morning in nature with your child. This family-friendly forest bathing session is a gentle way to slow down, explore the beauty of the season, and connect with one another.

Together we’ll enjoy:

* Mindfulness activities for parents and children

No experience needed, just bring curiosity and a sense of wonder.

Best suited to children aged 3-6 years, but all children are welcome and activities can be made age-appropriate on the day.
