Renowned Irish actor Jim Norton, who recorded the definitive unabridged audio version of James Joyce’s Ulysses for Naxos Audio Books, will read from the novel outside the James Joyce Tower on Bloomsday morning, Tuesday 16 June at 11am. A distinguished actor of stage and screen, Norton has performed at the London Old Vic, the National Theatre and on Broadway, and won a Tony Award for The Seafarer. He is also known on screen as Bishop Brennan in Father Ted.
The event is free but booking is essential. There will be both seating and standing places available.
