Ben of My Bike or Hike is a local tour guide who will tour with you by bicycle or a hike, as you like. The day tours are on the more unfrequented routes. Choose between a hybrid or electric bicycle tour and pedal with ease along the coast, river greenways or canal towpaths of Dublin and Kildare.

Alternatively you can take a guided hike in the Dublin or Wicklow mountains. Learn about the local history, geography and ecology from the local guide. Take in the fresh air while getting some exercise at a pace that you decide.
